See a starting range.
Regular bulk requires a minimum of 1000 cards. Smaller lots with higher-rarity, graded, vintage or individually valuable cards are welcome for review.
Enter the highest count of any one card. A per-card duplicate limit applies only when shown for the selected category.

Starting estimate only, not a guaranteed payout. Final payment follows physical inspection, verified count and eligibility.
Individual cards
Verified sales inform every offer.
Cash purchase rates for resale are based on verified current market value, not asking price. Published percentages assume Near Mint condition and are maximum rates, not guaranteed payouts.
Raw individual cards
Graded cards
PSA, BGS and CGC preferred. Other grading companies may be valued at or near raw value.
Highly desirable, fast-selling cards may qualify for a higher custom offer. Large collections, excessive duplicates, slow-selling cards and high-population, low-demand slabs may receive lower offers.
Condition and market review
Comparable sales, not optimistic listings.
- Lightly Played: reduce a calculated offer approximately 15%–25%. Moderately Played: reduce approximately 35%–50%.
- Heavily Played or Damaged cards are selective purchases only at a very low rate. Damaged bulk is generally not wanted; select lots may receive $0–$1 per 1,000 after review, never an automated quote.
- TCGs use TCGplayer Market Price combined with recent eBay sold listings. Sports uses recent eBay sold listings and verified marketplace sales.
- Graded reviews match exact card, grade, grading company and variation. We prefer comparable sales from the previous 30–90 days and remove unusually high or low outliers.
- Active listings, unsold asking prices and CollX estimates are not a sole basis for an offer. Without reliable comparables, we may make a conservative custom offer or decline.
- Dents, creases, moisture damage, peeling, writing, major scratches, trimming or alterations may be declined.
The Vault District purchases cards for resale through eBay, Shopify, Whatnot, CollX and TCGplayer. Our offers are based on verified market sales and the costs and risks involved in inspecting, processing, listing, storing and reselling each card. Final offers are made after inspection.
Eligibility requirements
How to prepare a collection.
- Standard minimum: 1000 regular bulk cards. Smaller lots are accepted when they include higher-rarity, graded, vintage or individually valuable cards.
- Cards must be authentic, preferably English-language, and reasonably organized by game and card type.
- Separate categories before submission where possible. Excessive duplicates may reduce an offer.
- Counterfeit, reproduced and unofficial cards are not accepted. We may decline altered cards, questionable autographs, ownership concerns, severe damage and inventory difficult to authenticate or resell.
- Do not ship or drop off until explicitly approved. An inquiry does not constitute approval.
